Mardi Gras Tune-up III Friday

Thought I'd post the awesome menu that Ricardo Sandoval is planning for Friday's Art House Mardi Gras fundraiser. Remember, ONLY $25 gets you two drinks AND this great food. Please, if you can at all make this event I'd appreciate it and you'll have a great time.

Roasted eggplant Po Boy
creole pulled pork in puff pastry
dirty rice
chicken croquettes with spicy mint chutney
crispy artichoke hearts with creole lemon butter
crawfish stuffed mushrooms
couple more appetizers and sweets.
