An outstanding exhibition of artwork depicting animal life by historic and contemporary artists. Prints, paintings and sculptures by Alexander Wilson, John James Audubon, Walter Anderson, Robert Hainard, Paul Travis, William E. Scheele, Larry Isard, David Rankin, Michael Nekic, Keri Gortz, Alfredo Arreguin, and Ray Troll will be included.

An exhibit featuring fifteen contemporary landscape artists: Jerry Birchfield, Kristin Bly, Judith Brandon, Amy Casey, Andy Curlowe, Hilary Aurand, John Haughwout, Megan Herwig, Jess Langley, Mark Keffer, Matt Kolodziej, Christine McCullough, Josh Rex, Alex Tapie, and Doug Utter. This exhibit addresses landscape on a personal and contemporary format, as the artists flirt with abstraction and unexpected content. Hosted collaboratively with Front Room Gallery (3615 Superior Ave. 44114), openings at both locations October. 9th (with live music by Brian Straw at 8:30pm at legation).

Walken Frame & Art
Walken Frame & Art presents the work of renowned artist George Kozmon October 9th and 10th. Kozmon, an award-winning painter, arts educator and curator from Northeast Ohio, is featured in venues and collections world-wide, including the Cleveland Museum of Art, Youngstown's Butler Institute of American Art and the Canton Museum of Art.

Bowling Green State University alumni Trelawney O'Brien (photography), Jeff Sierputowski (photography), Benjamin Haehn (painting, silkscreening) and Keith Slaby (painting, printmaking) exhibit 2-D works. Each artist lives/works in Cleveland, Ohio.

Friday, October 9th: Opening with music by DJ RoRo/Saturday, October 10th: Children's art workshop/screen printing. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15-October 15), 78th Street Studios welcomes a special show to our first floor exhibition area (Suite 1B) featuring some of Cleveland's most talented Hispanic artists: Gabriel Gonzalez, Palin Perez-Jackson, Marilyn Borrero, Rosalina Morales, Bruno Casiano, Linda Ayala, Dante Rodriguez, Hector Castellano-Lara, Augusto Bordelouis, +Opie+Zin.
