Summer is here and so is the Thursday Night Live Sparx Concert Series.
KB & Carmen: A Tango Romance will be performing their Argentine Tango on E. 4th Street from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. this Thursday, August 14th.
You'll also see the Pan-Cleveland Orquestra and Dr. Tango (Jeanette Potts) with Dave Palmer also performing Tango.
