The Hessler Street Fair 5.22 & 5.23 11AM til Dusk

The Hessler Street Fair is an annual community arts and music festival, celebrating its 41st year on historic Hessler Street in Cleveland's University Circle. It is a family-friendly event, showcasing local artists, food, musicians and poets. The Fair is one of Cleveland's most successful, attracting upwards of 10,000 visitors each year.

Running from 11AM to dusk, Saturday and Sunday, May 22 and 23, it features a diverse mixture of musical styles and venues, and is a non-profit, volunteer-run weekend, focused on celebrating community, arts and culture.

The Hessler Street Fair is also the primary fund-raiser for the Hessler Neighborhood Association (HNA). The HNA, in turn, uses these funds to help preserve and maintain the Hessler Road neighborhood. Drawn & Quartered Another Success

Drawn & Quartered II was another success. The Murray Hill Group had a very good showing in both numbers and finish. We took second by 1 point! We'll get that Dr. Sketchy group next time... Check out this trés cool photo essay done by Alex Rivera.

There's even talk about making D&Q part of the next Ingenuity Fest. Now, THAT would be something. As always, 'mad props' to Deb Steytler, without whose tireless efforts D&Q would not exist.
