University Circle Holiday CircleFest 12.4

Holiday CircleFest Sunday Dec. 4th. The official kick off to the holiday season in University Circle, the annual Holiday CircleFest begins at 1PM with more than a dozen of the area’s renowned museums, galleries, churches and schools opening their doors FREE OF CHARGE, and featuring live musical performances, craft making, historic displays of holiday toys, storytelling, live animals, the city’s best gingerbread house competition, and much more. Wade Oval becomes Cleveland’s “Central Park” with ice carving demonstrations, horse drawn carriage rides, and The Rink at Wade Oval (open Noon-7PM.; weather permitting). At night, the spectacle culminates with The Cleveland Museum of Art’s Winter Lantern Procession, starting at 5:30PM. Look for shuttles, trolleys and buses for free transport between Little Italy, Uptown/Euclid Avenue and Wade Oval. Details on the day’s events at universitycircle.org.
