The Artists Archives of the Western Reserve (AAWR) invite you to its 2009 Annual Holiday Members Show and Art Sale, running through Saturday, December 19, 2009. Regular hours of operation are Wednesday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM and Saturday from noon to 4PM.

The Holiday Members Show and Art Sale brings together many of Northeast Ohio’s finest artists in an exhibition, showcasing both Archived Artists and Artist Members. An extensive variety of media will be presented including paintings, prints, photographs, and mixed-media works. All items on display will be for sale.

The Artists Archives of the Western Reserve is a unique archival facility that preserves representative bodies of work created by Ohio visual artists. A “living archive”, the AAWR has frequent exhibitions at its modern facility in University Circle as well as ongoing exhibits in various corporate locations throughout Greater Cleveland. The Artists Archives serves as this region’s repository for artists looking for a place to preserve their work while making their work accessible to the public.

The Artists Archives of the Western Reserve is located at 1834 E 123rd Street in University Circle, right off Euclid Avenue and across from Lakeview Cemetery. Free parking is available in the lost in front of the building and all along E 123rd Street. For further information, call 216.721.9020.
